Project Summary: |
The broad purpose statement of this project in this lengthy proposal is to provide workshops which are a further extension of the People to People Peace Process. Internally Displaced People (IDPs) have caused enormous stress in the area as have returning refugees. Most have not experienced any system of government other than the military rule established by the SPLA/M. Most need teaching to learn about the representative form of government. Goal and purpose:
