Accountability: How will receipt of funds be acknowledged and how will progress be reported?

The project will be monitored weekly by Diocesan personnel.  When 80% of the work is complete, the management committee will analyze the data and present them to the ECS Diocesan office. 

Project Summary:

The project aims to establish one basic primary school in Panawauc village.  The beneficiaries will be 400 school age children.
