Accountability:  How will receipt of the funds be acknowledged and how will progress be reported?

A written report with sales receipts, photos, or video cassettes of priests in project clothing and in religious services will be sent to the donor.  Financial books will be open for donors.

Project Summary:                                               

Duk area of Bor diocese is trying to provide for the 80 pastors who need robes for services, clergy shirts with collars, trousers, and jacket and shoes.  Most of the clergy currently share a robe or a shirt.  Many have no shoes.

Duk wants to establish the proper manner for worship and services as well as provide the proper clothing for their servant leaders.
