Pastors need bicycles to travel about to spread the word of God to the

unreached areas of Wau Diocese.

therein.

Project Summary:

The population of Wau (3.5 million in 1999) is expected to rise sharply in the near future with the return of the earlier displaced people.  The first of five key areas that the Wau Strategic Plan addresses is Mission and Evangelism.  There is great challenge due to the geographical vastness of the diocese. Transportation means for the bishop and pastors is important in order that they may move about and work among the people.
